PREAMBLE
The website is published by the seller, Aïcha Bendafi, whose registered office is located at the following address:

The following provisions are intended to define the general conditions of sale on aichabendafi.com
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter “GTC”) define the contractual rights and obligations of the seller and its customer in the context of a distance and electronic sale of goods and products.
The GTC exclusively governs the relationship between the seller and the customer and expresses all the obligations of the parties.
The seller reserves the right to modify the GTC from time to time. The amendments will be applicable as soon as they are posted online.
ARTICLE 1
The Online Store.
Through the website, the seller provides the customer with an online shop that accurately presents the products sold, without the photographs having any contractual value.
Products are described and presented as accurately as possible. However, in case of error or omission in the presentation, the responsibility of the seller cannot be incurred as a result.
Products are offered within the limits of available stocks.
Prices and delivery costs related to the sale of the products are specified in the online shop.
ARTICLE 2 the prices.
The seller reserves the right to change its prices at any time by publishing them online.
Only the prices in force indicated at the time of the order will apply, subject to availability of the products on that date.
Prices are indicated in euros (excluding taxes and all taxes included) and do not take into account delivery costs, which are charged in addition. Delivery costs are indicated before the customer validates the order.
The total amount of the order (all taxes included) and delivery costs included is indicated before final validation of the purchase order.
Payment of the full price must be made at the time of the order.
ARTICLE 3. ONLINE ORDER
The customer has the option to fill out a purchase order online, using an electronic form. By completing the electronic form, the customer accepts the price and description of the products.
He will have to accept, by clicking on the place indicated, the present general conditions of sale, for his order to be validated. The customer must give a valid e-mail address and delivery address and acknowledges by these terms and conditions of sale that any exchange with the seller may take place by means of this address.
The customer must also choose the delivery method and validate the payment method.
The seller reserves the right to block the customer’s order in the event of a payment default, incorrect address or any other problem on the customer’s account until the problem is resolved.
ARTICLE 4. ORDER CONFIRMATION AND PAYMENT
All orders are with payment obligation. This means that placing the order involves a customer settlement.
The customer makes the payment at the time of the final validation of the order by specifying a credit card number.
ARTICLE 5. SHIPPING
The products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer on the online order form. The customer will need to ensure its accuracy. Any package returned to the seller due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address will be redirected at the customer’s expense.
The delivery takes place according to the mode and the timeframes that the customer learned during the validation of his order.
ARTICLE 6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The customer can exercise his right of withdrawal and return of the product within 14 working days of delivery.
Any return cannot be accepted without the prior written consent of the Aicha Bendafi Company. The Customer guarantees and is responsible for the costs and risks of returning the items concerned. The return of the article can only be accepted for the articles in their original state.
The seller will then have to reimburse the customer the sums paid, including delivery costs, within 14 days of the recovery of the products.
Any withdrawal or return not made in accordance with the rules defined above and within the prescribed time limits cannot be taken into account and releases the seller from any liability vis-à-vis the customer.
ARTICLE 7. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These terms and conditions are subject to the application of French law. In the event of a dispute or complaint, the customer will first contact the seller to obtain an amicable solution.
In the absence of an amicable agreement, any dispute would fall within the jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Tarascon, French law being exclusively applicable.
